Reviews
The best meal I've had in Longview so far! When a ramen spot offers black garlic oil, you know they've mastered the art of umami and depth of flavor. Every bite was rich, flavorful, and satisfying.
Just came here again on a Saturday. The Ramen is absolutely on point. Shoyu Ramen with extra egg and some Sriracha in the bowl and you got a fantastic combination. Food is reasonably priced and staff very friendly. Best. Ramen. In. Texas.
I have to stop in for Tan Tan Ramen and Gyoza every few weeks. They do an amazing job packaging to-go orders so you can assemble and enjoy it from home.
Love love love the noodle bowls. We popped in on a cold windy day because I wanted something warm and filling. I had the brisket bowl and it was awesome.
My boyfriend and I love this place. We get it to-go so I can't speak on the service or ambiance but the food is delicious and fresh. I always get the chicken yakisoba (not mystery meat, actual juicy white meat chicken!) and bf gets the shoyu ramen.
